The hotel offers modern and clean rooms with nice amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. However, there was a bad misty smell in the room and only one chair at the desk, making it challenging for two people to sit and eat comfortably.
The hotel provided bright, comfortable, and super clean rooms with enough space for us all to relax, although an additional wastebasket would have been handy. The service was very pleasant, accommodating, and extremely helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The central location on Kenmount Road was convenient for our needs, but may suit people with a car better. The dining experience, while amazing, could use improvement in terms of timing. The facilities were satisfying overall.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were nicely furnished with amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, 2 TVs, a safe, and ironing board, but they had a musty smell, and the pool was disappointingly small for the size of the hotel. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some issues with vehicle break-ins. The location was clean and modern, although a hot tub or sauna would have been a nice addition.
The hotel is perfect for those looking for a clean and convenient stay with friendly service. While the dining experience could be improved, the overall value for money is great.
